2.另一只手捏住耳朵上方，將耳朵向外拉起，以打開耳道

1、取出耳塞，用食指和大拇指將其搓細(xì)；

3、用手扶住耳塞直至耳塞在耳中完全膨脹定型(大約要持續(xù)三十秒左右)。
