濟(jì)南火龍熱陶瓷有限責(zé)任公司新開發(fā)的陶瓷纖維復(fù)合絕熱板,選用性能優(yōu)異的氣凝膠隔熱材料和具有熱屏蔽功能的功能性材料,適配以粘結(jié)劑及多種無機(jī)元素,以耐高溫陶瓷纖維為增強(qiáng)材料,經(jīng)特殊工藝制備。該絕熱材料具有的纖細(xì)納米網(wǎng)孔結(jié)構(gòu),可以有效降低材料的固態(tài)熱傳導(dǎo),豐富的納米孔結(jié)構(gòu)有效抑制氣體分子的對(duì)流傳導(dǎo),加之功能性材料對(duì)熱輻射的吸收、反射,可以使材料在600℃時(shí)的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)在0.030w/m.k左右,與目前常用的絕熱保溫材料相比絕熱效果可提高2-10倍。
Ceramic Fiber Composite Insulation Board is the latest products of Jinan Huolong Thermal Ceramics Co.,Ltd. It is synthesized by special technics, chooseing silicon aerogel of excellent property , functional materials of heat shield, adhesive and a variety of inorganic elements,in which ceramic fiber is adoted as reinforcing material.This material owns thermal conductivity as low as 0.030 w/m.k at 600℃. Its thin nano-mesh structure can effectively reduce the m heat conduction of solid-state, rich nano-pore structure inhibit the convection conduction of gas molecules, with functional materials absorption, reflection to the thermal radiation .
