名稱：EMPA PVC受色膜 說明： EMPA PVC膜為瑞士原裝,型號(hào):EM-727,又稱PVC受色膜,PVC溢色測(cè)試膜,用于各類鞋業(yè)材料的移色測(cè)試. 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn):ISO 15701,VESLIC C-4420/UF442,ADIDAS等,在ADIDAS FT-02滲透色牢度(Migration Fastness)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中被規(guī)定使用. 原裝規(guī)格:10片/包,100mm*150mm,每片可裁10塊,50mm*30mm. EMPA 承諾聚氯乙烯膜的有效期為2 年。 聚氯乙烯膜必須長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存在干燥、黑暗、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)室內(nèi)環(huán)境性處理的地方。 確定染料從試樣滲進(jìn)聚合物–例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚氨酯(PU)的可能性 測(cè)試步驟 1. 掀開聚氯乙烯膜的“光亮面”的保護(hù)層，確保這已掀開保護(hù)層的一面用于測(cè)試． 2. 將試樣擺放在聚氯乙烯膜的中心位置.如果是一件試樣，便把它放在聚氯乙烯膜的中央,如果是2 件試樣,便按圖1 所示擺放． 3. 將聚氯乙烯膜連同上面的試樣一起放到一塊玻璃片的中心位置，然后在上面蓋上另一塊玻璃片． 4. 將夾著試樣的兩塊玻璃片放到支架上． 5. 如果多于一件試樣，可重復(fù)上述步驟，用玻璃片把試樣隔開． 6. 在玻璃迭層上放45 牛頓的砝碼(對(duì)于被測(cè)的皮革表面來說，4.5 公斤相當(dāng)于0.75 巴), 然后將已壓上砝碼的玻璃迭層放入烘箱中, 在攝氏50 度±2 度的溫度下烘16 小時(shí). 7. 在加熱老化處理后將裝置從烘箱中取出,取走砝碼,并讓玻璃迭層在室內(nèi)溫度(攝氏23 度±2 度)中放2 小時(shí). 8. 將試樣與聚氯乙烯膜分離 測(cè)試鑒定:用灰色卡(１至５級(jí)）對(duì)比聚氯乙烯膜上深色的位置 EMPA Testmaterials AG Movenstrasse 12,CH-9015 St.Gallen Talon with 10 segments of soft PVC Foil If the degrss of color diffusion is to be controlled through to the reverse side of the foil,then directly after the sample has cooled to room temperature the PVC foil from the card and then remove silver protective film.
