深宏遠水簾的降溫原理：
風機水簾降溫系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)自然界水蒸發(fā)吸熱、負壓通風降溫的原理，水簾和風機分別裝在廠房的兩面墻上，風機轉(zhuǎn)動抽風時，使廠房的空氣形成負壓，一方面迅速排走車間內(nèi)的熱氣、廢氣、污氣、粉塵和異味，另一方面，循環(huán)水流經(jīng)水簾，在水簾紙表面形成水膜，風快速穿過過水簾紙時，產(chǎn)生蒸發(fā)吸熱的物理現(xiàn)象，這樣，清涼、新鮮、含氧量高的空氣就源源不斷地進入室內(nèi)并流經(jīng)車間每一個角落，解除高溫悶熱。而且，水簾還過濾掉外來空氣的粉塵、微粒等懸浮物，使室內(nèi)的空氣更清鮮、健康。如果車間的條件符合要求且按標準配置，可使車間內(nèi)的溫度（32—45℃的高溫環(huán)境）迅速地在10分鐘內(nèi)下降，并將溫度保持在30℃以下（26—30℃），徹底解決：高溫悶熱、粉塵多、異味大、空氣渾濁不流通等傳統(tǒng)車間老大難問題，人為再現(xiàn)生態(tài)式的循環(huán)效果，使您的員工永遠處于“大自然”的環(huán)境中工作。
