凹凸平板壓花機(jī)的原理:
壓花機(jī)的高頻大電流流向被繞制成環(huán)狀或其它形狀的加熱線圈(通常是用不銹鋼管制作),由此在線圈內(nèi)產(chǎn)生極性瞬間變化的強(qiáng)磁束,再通過模具將磁束貫通到面料表面,在面料與加熱電流相反的方向,便會產(chǎn)生相對應(yīng)的很大渦電流。由于面料內(nèi)存在著電阻,所以會產(chǎn)生很多的焦耳熱,使面料自身的溫度迅速上升,從而達(dá)到對面料的烙印。該機(jī)是在老式的平板壓花機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)市場的需要,通過我們的技術(shù)人員研發(fā)生產(chǎn)而成。該機(jī)的特點(diǎn):起壓時間快、成型好、自動對接無接縫、自動進(jìn)布、自動出布設(shè)計、可以根據(jù)客戶的需要定制不同的花型來滿足客戶的需求和市場的需要。
