使 用 說 明 書

一、性能簡介

本品為水基型高分子聚合物乳液，不含有機(jī)溶劑，無毒，不污染環(huán)境，固含量高，粘接速度快，廣泛應(yīng)用于高檔糖、酒、茶葉、月餅等硬挺型灰板紙或木質(zhì)或纖維板與外裝飾用彩印覆膜紙的裱糊與包邊粘合，粘接的包裝盒無異味，符合綠色環(huán)保及食品衛(wèi)生要求。8年來一直在深圳時(shí)代、深圳歐比特、天津時(shí)代、天津金瑞豐、天津雙利、天津優(yōu)果、寧波南苑、寧波博爾雅、太原文博等廠使用，深受客戶好評。

二、技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1．外 觀：白色粘稠乳液；

2．氣 味：無異味或略帶清淡酯香味；

3．粘接強(qiáng)度：≥3.8N/25mm或紙拉破；

4．固 含 量：≥38±1%；

5．貯 存 期：≥1年。

三、用法與用量

將本品涂于覆膜紙的紙面上，涂膠量適當(dāng)大一些為好，涂膠后將木盒或纖維板盒放在涂膠紙面上，逐步將盒子包裝于面紙內(nèi)，在2—6分鐘（視室內(nèi)溫度、濕度和涂膠量的大小而變）觀察到膠層部分透明時(shí)折邊、搭口，用力壓合。面紙上沾污的干膠可用酒精擦掉（濕的用濕抹布）。包裝盒粘接后24小時(shí)達(dá)到最大粘接強(qiáng)度。

四、包裝、運(yùn)輸與貯存

本品用50Kg聚乙烯塑料桶包裝，按非危險(xiǎn)物品運(yùn)輸貯存陰涼處。

一、Introduction to functions

This product is a water-based polymer emulsion, which does not contain organic solvent, non-toxic, and no pollution. This product has many advantages including high solid content and bonding speed. It is widely used in are widely used in pasting paper on and package edge bonding the stiff grey board or wood fiber board and outside decoration color coated paper such as high-grade sugar, wine, tea, and cakes. There are no peculiar smell in adhesive packing box, in line with the green environmental protection and food hygiene requirements. This product conforms to the green environmental protection and food hygiene requirements.

二、Technical indicator

1. Appearance：white viscous emulsion

2. Odour：no odor or slightly light ester fragrance

3. Bonding strength：3.8 N/p 25 mm or paper break down

4. Solid content：48% or more

5. The total volatile organic compounds：0.05% or less

6. Benzene and dimethyl benzene content %：0.001 or less

7. Storage period：1 or more

三、Method of application

1.Put this product in plastic machine plastic plate, adjust the glueamount according to the paper thickness of hardness

2.Wrapping paper placed 2-3 minutes show viscous after laminating. Then it can be used on the bag pressing machine to stamping or use the scraper to scrape the packing box together.

四、Matters needing attention

1.Please use small mixer to mix glue in barrels before employ.

2.Please cover the lid after using the glue to prevent the gel.

3.Pay attention to preservation the glue barrel heat in winter.

4.It is the optimal time that a half dry wet 70% transparent to adhesion after the paper laminating, workers can judge and grasp the optimal timing of adhesive by experience (It is easy to bounce off with fail to stick if bottom of the bag, there are no adhesive after glue layer solidification too late).

5.Due to water environmental protection glue affected by the workshop, such as temperature, humidity, and paper, It is dried quickly in summer and slowly in winter, pay attention to adjust the optimal timing of glue.
