NG型濃縮機(jī)為輥輪式周邊傳動(dòng)濃縮機(jī)，大型濃縮機(jī)一般采用此類周邊傳動(dòng)，過載時(shí)輥輪打滑，不需要特別安全裝
置，池子一般為混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)。
為了給電機(jī)充電，在中心支柱上裝有環(huán)形節(jié)點(diǎn)，而設(shè)環(huán)滑動(dòng)的集電接點(diǎn)則與耙架連接，并由敷設(shè)在耙架上的電纜，將
電流從這些接點(diǎn)引入電機(jī)。
● 選用說明
輥輪磨擦力小，軌道結(jié)冰或超載時(shí)輥輪打滑，故不適用于寒冷結(jié)冰地區(qū)以及量大、濃度高的礦漿。
不提供鋼板池子。
● Features
NG thickener is a kind of peripheral traction thickener of running roller type. Large-scale thickener usually adopts such type of pe-
ripheral traction. In the event of skidding of running roller due to overloading, no special safety device is required. Its tank is usually made
of concrete.
In order to charge the motor, annular nodes are arranged on the central support. The current collection joints with sliding ring are con-
nected with the arm brace, and the current is introduced to the motor through these joints by the cable laid on the arm brace.
● Notes for Selection
Since the frictional force of running roller is low, the running roller is liable to skid in the event of icing on the track or overloading.
Therefore, it is not suitable to be used in cold area with the phenomenon of icing, or the ore pulp with large quantity or high concentration.
Tank made of steel plate is not provided.
