產(chǎn)品特性/ Characteristics:
將硬度僅次于金剛石的92%或95%含量氧化鋁陶瓷片硫化到橡膠或聚氨酯中。氧化鋁陶瓷增強設(shè)備的耐磨性,橡膠起到緩沖物料的作用。在苛刻的磨損條件下這種陶瓷橡膠復(fù)合板內(nèi)襯能延長設(shè)備的使用壽命,氧化鋁陶瓷阻力小使物料流動順暢,減少物料運行時間。
陶瓷橡膠復(fù)合板由于橡膠的減震作用具有較強的抗沖擊性能,同時能有效降低設(shè)備運行的噪音。帶螺栓的模塊設(shè)計使產(chǎn)品易于安裝,采用粘貼或螺栓固定的方法將產(chǎn)品安裝在耐磨設(shè)備上。
Rubber backed ceramic sheets are designed and manufactured by vulcanising 92% or 95% wear-resistant alumina tiles into the rubber backing.Alumina works against erosion where as rubber on back take the impact load and thus after impact the sliding abrasion will be taken care of by alumina tile .
The benefits of rubber backed ceramic sheets are that the alumina is exposed to the material flow and is fully embedded into a specially designed rubber backing.
The rubber backing also assists in reducing noise levels within the plant and is engineered to resist the impact in each individual application. Modular bolt-in sections for easy installation, Just bond or bolt them on as you would any other traditional steel or rubber lining plate.
