    FSH-SK10系列是廣州飛升全新推出的自主研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),集高效率、高精度、高穩(wěn)定性、全數(shù)控于一體的智能注液/點(diǎn)液/灌裝系統(tǒng),，適用于各種全自動(dòng)注液灌裝、無人化生產(chǎn)車間。該系統(tǒng)由1個(gè)數(shù)控箱，單/雙套高精密數(shù)控調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，以及特殊陶瓷泵模塊組成。是行業(yè)內(nèi)首個(gè)突破傳統(tǒng)常規(guī)注液灌裝泵調(diào)節(jié)不便、不完全數(shù)控等技術(shù)瓶頸的專利產(chǎn)品。

    FSH-SK10系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)靈活，便于客戶系統(tǒng)集成。RS232串口或以太網(wǎng)遠(yuǎn)程通信控制（可以實(shí)現(xiàn)定量、變量注液），24V  PLC控制,人機(jī)界面操作及機(jī)罩上的接口均是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能。7寸彩色觸摸屏，方便數(shù)字化調(diào)節(jié)注液量及設(shè)定其他參數(shù)。

With all the necessary intelligent control features and integration capabilities, FSH-SK10 is the top choice for automated fluid filling systems and intelligent factory production lines. FSH-SK08 includes a digital controller, a single end or dual end high precision digital controlled automated volume change mechanism, and special high precision ceramic pump modules. The system has solved the traditional issue of variable volume change and adjustment with advanced digital volume change technology.

FSH-SK10 has flexible system design for easy system integration. RS232 interface or Ethernet interface (for intelligent fixed volume, variable volume dispensing), 24V PLC I/O, human machine interface are standard features. 7 inch color touch screen user interface is easy for digital volume change and parameter configuration.
