大電機(jī)型式試驗(yàn)負(fù)載反饋系統(tǒng) 1.概述： 可提供60Hz電源、率反饋。投資少，節(jié)能。操作簡便、，對比普通變頻回饋方式，系統(tǒng)減少了調(diào)壓器、異步機(jī)組，提高了電網(wǎng)功率因數(shù)，僅吸收系統(tǒng)損耗功率?？蓽y試單臺電機(jī)，不需要專門制作陪試電機(jī)。 2.適用范圍： 系統(tǒng)適用于H250—H355機(jī)座的異步電機(jī)型式試驗(yàn)，功率范圍55—400千瓦，電壓范圍600V及以下。必要時(shí)可增加高壓電機(jī)測試接口。 系統(tǒng)采用直流反饋的負(fù)載方式，同時(shí)提供試驗(yàn)電源，可以完成60Hz電機(jī)的試驗(yàn)。 1．電壓（單、三相）10-600VAC 0.5級 2．電流 1000A 0.5級 3．功率 400kW 0.5級 4．直流電阻 0.001-20 Ω 0.2級 3.測試項(xiàng)目：（系統(tǒng)按國標(biāo)GB1032-2005完成以下試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目） 1．冷態(tài)、熱態(tài)直流電阻，環(huán)境溫度，溫升試驗(yàn)。 2．空載試驗(yàn)，空載特性曲線，分析各種損耗。 3．堵轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)，堵轉(zhuǎn)特性曲線。 4．負(fù)載試驗(yàn)，工作特性曲線（P,I,n,COSφ,η）/P2(如果不做特性曲線，取額定值測試數(shù)據(jù))。 5．三相電機(jī)測試：顯示Vac、Vbc、Vca、Ia、Ib、Ic、P1、P2、ΣP、COSφ、f。 6．軟件：提供全套簡體中文軟件。能制作電機(jī)完整型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告（其他項(xiàng)目可人工輸入）。測試項(xiàng)目可單項(xiàng)選擇進(jìn)行。 7．電機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：三相GB1032-2005。 8．有不同量程轉(zhuǎn)矩轉(zhuǎn)速儀擴(kuò)展口。 4.性能指標(biāo)： 系統(tǒng)提供400千瓦電機(jī)的實(shí)際負(fù)載能力，并提供60Hz試驗(yàn)電源功能。當(dāng)進(jìn)行400千瓦電機(jī)滿載試驗(yàn)時(shí)，從電網(wǎng)吸收能量不超過180千瓦。啟動采用變頻變壓方式，不沖擊電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)?？赏瓿蓡闻_電機(jī)試驗(yàn)。自動穩(wěn)頻、穩(wěn)壓、穩(wěn)負(fù)載。系統(tǒng)采集、計(jì)算均采用計(jì)算機(jī)自動控制方式，機(jī)組和大倍率控制采用手動方式。 　　 　 　 Load Feedback System of Large Motor’s Type Test 1. Brief Introduction: Provides power with 60Hz, feedback of high efficiency; less investment, saving energy; operating easy and reliable; Comparing with the normal mode of variable frequency feedback the system reduces voltage regulators、asynchronous units, improves power factor of grid, only absorbs the power loss of the system.
