長(zhǎng)效型防靜電EPE泡棉產(chǎn)品 EPE anti-static foam product 長(zhǎng)效型防靜電EPE泡棉產(chǎn)品 EPE anti-static foam product 特性: 俗稱“珍珠棉”,根據(jù)珍珠棉的密閉泡孔結(jié)構(gòu)和泡率區(qū)域?qū)?0~40倍的產(chǎn)品特征,制程中使用丁烷和單桿酯發(fā)泡劑高壓注入的工藝特征。 用途： 通過(guò)后道深加工工藝把0.5~2mm的防靜電卷材料進(jìn)行與PE、PP、TPU等材材質(zhì)的薄膜復(fù)合成多層復(fù)合卷材，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品防擦傷，防止產(chǎn)品表面靜電吸附塵埃粒子，屏蔽等功能。進(jìn)而用高周波熱壓、貼封口制袋用于電視機(jī)、電腦顯示器、筆記本電腦、通訊設(shè)備、醫(yī)療儀器、音響、電子半成品的出貨包裝。以其多功能復(fù)合基材的特性可替代膠袋、氣泡袋等傳統(tǒng)包材達(dá)到更佳效果。通過(guò)卷材貼合、復(fù)合、分切下料，沖壓成型貼合這些后道深加工工藝，把3~15mm的防靜電卷材厚料制成具有優(yōu)良防震緩沖定位包裝材料，工序轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)異型托盤(pán)等。 Feature: It is common called “pearl foam ”, according to the product feature of the airtight structure and sparkling rate, it uses butane and vesicant in the producing process.
