全自動平面一拖一高速口罩生產(chǎn)線是由秦泰盛自主研發(fā)的全自動高速平面耳帶口罩生產(chǎn)線，包括自動送料、自動輸送、切斷鼻梁條、口罩邊緣焊接、折疊、超聲波熔合、成型、切斷、耳帶焊接、自動出料等全程自動化，完成從卷料原材料到口罩成品的整個生產(chǎn)過程。

生產(chǎn)對象為醫(yī)用口罩主要由三層無紡布組成，外層是做了防水處理的無紡布，主要用于隔絕患者噴出的液體，中間的過濾層用的是經(jīng)過駐極處理的聚丙烯熔噴無紡布；

1、原材料自動張力控制。保證原材料張力均衡。

2、光電檢測原料，避免失誤減少浪費(fèi)。

3、可生產(chǎn)三層口罩本體，出料成品輸送帶上平面長度為1200MM。

設(shè)備操作要求

1．可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動、自動及單動運(yùn)行相互切換的操作模式，故障報警需在人機(jī)界面顯示等；

2．采用工控機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)與PLC的實(shí)時通訊，通過觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對話，各項(xiàng)設(shè)置操作需簡單方便；

3．設(shè)備符合國家有關(guān)機(jī)電設(shè)備的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；

其它要求

1.本設(shè)備驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：設(shè)備組裝調(diào)試完成前一周通知供方準(zhǔn)備好生產(chǎn)物料，按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，驗(yàn)收合格，需方自提發(fā)貨；

2．設(shè)備驗(yàn)收由供需雙方指定技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行參與并簽署驗(yàn)收報告；

安裝調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)

由供方技術(shù)人員遠(yuǎn)程指導(dǎo)需方人員進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試，調(diào)試用料由需方提供；

質(zhì)量保證和售后服務(wù)

1.設(shè)備的保修期限為半年（非正常使用造成損壞及耗材除外）；

2.接到設(shè)備品質(zhì)異常，供需雙方協(xié)商解決；

3.保修期滿后，供方對設(shè)備的維修收取人工和交通等費(fèi)用，涉及設(shè)備相關(guān)配件的更換或購買，供方僅收取成本費(fèi)用。
