耐磨陶瓷涂料是一種非金屬膠凝材料，它是采用耐酸和耐堿的人工合成原料經(jīng)嚴格的工藝配比和先進的無機聚合技術(shù)制成的一種粉狀陶瓷材料。它具有施工方便，維護容易，成本低廉的特點而被廣泛采用。耐磨陶瓷涂料主要由骨料和超細結(jié)合粉兩相組合，顆粒緊密堆積，體積密度大，其常溫下強度可達150MPa左右。是一般混凝土和耐火澆注料無法企及的。

（1）具有極高的機械強度和剛度陶瓷耐磨涂料主要由耐磨骨料和結(jié)合系統(tǒng)組成，密度非常大，無大的宏觀缺陷，強度可達130Mpa，是一般混凝土和耐火澆注料無法企及的，主要是采用了離子化合物和部分人工合成共價化合物，其離子鍵結(jié)合牢固，所以強度和剛度很大，可有效抵御物料的沖擊力和剪切應(yīng)力。而結(jié)合系統(tǒng)由于采取復(fù)合強化措施和特殊處理，形成化學(xué)結(jié)合，致使其強度很高。

3、將涂料與配料完全攪拌均勻。 4、將涂料均勻的涂抹于錨固網(wǎng)表面。

◆溫度要求：施工期間，施工地點的氣溫適宜在0C至40C之間，如氣溫過低時，材料本身及施工區(qū)域須加溫至0C以上，但應(yīng)避免在直接日曬或強風狀況下施工，以防止耐磨涂料表面的風速干裂。

◆表面處理：施工時首先清除施工部位表面，如表面粉磨灰及金屬銹斑。

◆龜甲網(wǎng)焊接：龜甲網(wǎng)的作用尤其是當垂直面或施工面朝下時，使已涂抹的耐磨陶瓷涂料不致脫落。

◆混合、攪拌、施工:放在攪拌機里攪拌約10分鐘，再將配置好的固化劑同時攪拌10分鐘，

嚴禁加入其他溶劑，配置好的耐磨陶瓷涂料即可倒打在龜甲網(wǎng)上，厚度應(yīng)達到施工圖紙及業(yè)主的要求，配置好的耐磨陶瓷涂料應(yīng)在20分鐘用完，時間過長會發(fā)硬，發(fā)硬后的陶瓷涂料已經(jīng)過一系列的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，不能再用，并用橡皮榔頭打嚴結(jié)實，表面無縫隙、裂縫。
