耐磨陶瓷涂料是一種非金屬膠凝材料，它是采用耐酸和耐堿的人工合成原料經(jīng)嚴(yán)格的工藝配比和先進(jìn)的無(wú)機(jī)聚合技術(shù)制成的一種粉狀陶瓷材料。它具有施工方便，維護(hù)容易，成本低廉的特點(diǎn)而被廣泛采用。耐磨陶瓷涂料主要由骨料和超細(xì)結(jié)合粉兩相組合，顆粒緊密堆積，體積密度大，其常溫下強(qiáng)度可達(dá)150MPa左右。是一般混凝土和耐火澆注料無(wú)法企及的。

（1）具有極高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和剛度陶瓷耐磨涂料主要由耐磨骨料和結(jié)合系統(tǒng)組成，密度非常大，無(wú)大的宏觀缺陷，強(qiáng)度可達(dá)130Mpa，是一般混凝土和耐火澆注料無(wú)法企及的，主要是采用了離子化合物和部分人工合成共價(jià)化合物，其離子鍵結(jié)合牢固，所以強(qiáng)度和剛度很大，可有效抵御物料的沖擊力和剪切應(yīng)力。而結(jié)合系統(tǒng)由于采取復(fù)合強(qiáng)化措施和特殊處理，形成化學(xué)結(jié)合，致使其強(qiáng)度很高。

◆溫度要求：施工期間，施工地點(diǎn)的氣溫適宜在0C至40C之間，如氣溫過(guò)低時(shí)，材料本身及施工區(qū)域須加溫至0C以上，但應(yīng)避免在直接日曬或強(qiáng)風(fēng)狀況下施工，以防止耐磨涂料表面的風(fēng)速干裂。

嚴(yán)禁加入其他溶劑，配置好的耐磨陶瓷涂料即可倒打在龜甲網(wǎng)上，厚度應(yīng)達(dá)到施工圖紙及業(yè)主的要求，配置好的耐磨陶瓷涂料應(yīng)在20分鐘用完，時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)會(huì)發(fā)硬，發(fā)硬后的陶瓷涂料已經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，不能再用，并用橡皮榔頭打嚴(yán)結(jié)實(shí)，表面無(wú)縫隙、裂縫。
